Our objective is to provide the manufacturing and process industry with knowledge-based, cause-and-effect driven solutions for equipment failure prediction and guidance – the lack of which has long been a major weakness in industrial Asset Reliability.
Our Team
Kumar Chatterjee is an engineer and founded MCARTech after four decades of industry leadership experience in Asset Reliability Management Strategies. He previously spent twenty-five years working for ArcelorMittal, four years at Tata Steel, and a decade at Steel Authority of India Ltd.
Om Mandhana is a Certified Public Accountant with decades of experience in procurement and supply chain, international business, M&A, manufacturing, cost reduction and sound financial management. He was formerly the VP of Procurement & Supply Chain at ArcelorMittal.
Thierry-Olivier Lefevre has over four decades of experience in cement plant operations and maintenance in leadership positions. He has worked in operations management in France and Canada, and overseen performance management of multi-sites in Europe and Africa, all at major international cement companies.
Steven D. Guzy has over four decades of experience in steel plant operations and maintenance in leadership positions. He has worked as the General Manager of Primary Operations at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Division Manager of Hot Rolling at United States Steel Corporation, Plant Manager at Titanium Metals Corporation, and Vice President of Operations at JSW Steel USA in Ohio.
Somnath Sen has 35 years of experience in Design, Development and Engineering of Industrial Control Systems. Previously, he worked at at Steel Authority of India, Andrew Yule. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Fernando Dominguez has six years of experience in software development. He previously worked in the insurance sector as a Senior Developer, Database Administrator, and front-end designer. He has worked for three years as an independent agent developing websites for various industries, such as sales and administration.
Kathleen Boyle has seven years of experience in small business accounting. She has worked for sixteen years as a teacher and seven years in accounting services.
Rohan Chatterjee has six years of experience in creative production. He has written, directed, and worked on the production teams of numerous independent and short films, corporate videos, commercials, and branded content. He was previously an editor and digital archivist at USA Studios. He graduated from the film program at New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
